What do these terms mean in Danish crochet?

Midds

Question

Anyone know Danish and can explain a few terms? I’ve google translated a Danish crochet pattern. It seems a few words/terms haven’t translated.

What’s the US equivalent of spr.?

What does it mean to reverse mask?

Pattern says for reference, 2 different parts of the pattern:

1 ch (reverse mask), 15 sc, 1 ch. (15) Turn

and

spr. 1 sc, 12 sc, spr. 1 dc, 1 dc, 1 dc. (13) Turn

Thank you!

No clue, but found this in case it helps you https://oombawkadesigncrochet.com/2014/04/u-s-crochet-terms-and-danish-crochet-terms.html

I only VERY quickly scanned the above, but happened to catch the word 'maske' as meaning stitch, but it also occurs in part of longer words.  Spr might be 'spring', which is 'skip' in English (I rather like 'spring over' better than skip!).  If you can find the original Danish bit that translated into 'mask' and 'spr', the associated words might help clear it up.

Also, if your pattern has a photo of the finished object, taking a close look at the row being described might help--I know it does for me when a pattern instruction in English is confusing.

Fingers crossed, good luck!
