Is there a way of knowing how many people look at your blog?

It depends on the blog service you have. I'm pretty sure all of them have site statistics I just don't know where you'd find them as each blog is different. Try logging in ad then going to your "control panel" or something that's similar. There should be a place that lets you change your preferences and at least in my blog, that's where you can view your site statistics... Good luck!

There are several places you can get a site meter..... you can easily google "sitemeter" or check out bravenet or this or this. I use the one from the last link, it's easily added to your template.

as Cordelia said I use a site meter, mine is neocounter

it focuses on where your visitors come from, I find it cool,

you have many cool free site meters like
