Adding Border to Crazy Brick Stitch

I'm trying to add an edge to a crazy brick stitch. I can't seem to do it without causing rumples or adding stitches. I just want to add a double stitch border. baby is coming soon and this has to be shipped to HI before then so if you can help me asap that would be great.

Honestly, i do not think this stitch needs a border at all. The stitch pattern itself makes a decorative edging. I would just leave it as is, it looks great. You have a great color scheme going and enclosing it in a border will only detract in my opinion.

 

Pack it up and ship it to the land of sunshine and palm trees, it is ready to go!

I'm another one that agrees with Kathy!  Sometimes borders add to the look and sometimes they subtract from the look.  With the current edge being so decorative and pretty, I think a border would subtract from the appeal.  It is very pretty as it is!!
