I am crocheting a breast cancer ribbon with 150 wide x 200 high. But I don’t know what stitch I should use if anyone can help me please message me back

Are you following a graph?  Usually a SC (US terms) is used.

I think that it would be best using double crochet.  I just checked out Pinterest for breast cancer afghans and those that use the pibnk ribbon design were done in double crochet.  Are you going to do a repeat of ribbons all over the blanket?  It might be difficult to plot out.  You could do a motif and stitch them together.  There is a pattern for a square with a pink ribbon.  You can alternate that with solid pink or white squares.
