Hello, all! I have just started crocheting a couple days ago and my grandma is attempting to teach me. I'm trying to make a doll, but we can't figure out why my stitches look so different than hers.

Sorry that the picture is a little blurry. We've thought that it might be because the size of my stitches is not consistent yet, but none of the stitches I've done look like hers (her stitches are the at the top of the doll in the picture). Any help is appreciated, thanks!
