scarf pattern help

Hello! i found a free crochet pattern for a scarf in red heart and i can not understand the last round..because i do not speak perfect english..can anyone help me with that? is allowed to publish this round of the pattern?

the last round edging/fringe

i understand the first sentence "ch1, with right side still facing pivot to work down long edge" but i don't understand further...i was very confused..thanks a lot...

It is a beautiful scarf pattern. You will be working all around the piece to finish it. You will find yourself at the corner of the short end and continue to work the stitches all along the first long side, making the fringe in the first short end and continue to work again into the next long side with fringe into the short end, ending off at the sc where you started. I hope this makes sense.

i am not so sure...when you say "short end"  this sentence i don't understand...which part of scarf is that?

The "short end" is the part that is only 6 inches wide (the width) - the long side is the length (60 inches)
