Favorite Book with Crochet stitch patterns?

I am wondering; what is your favorite book that you use for looking up crochet stitch patterns
like for example " blanket Stitch" etc; thanks

If I am looking for a particular stitch by name, I use the internet. Names can vary a lot, and a search on the name may pull up several stitches, giving a good chance of finding the one I want.

 

However, I seldom do that. I like to just browse and find one I like. The books I like best for this and use all the time are the Leisure Arts stitch collections by Darla Sims. They don't have standard names however.

I too am a Internet Crochet Stitch Junkie. There is so much info out there.

I love Crochet Stitches Encyclopedia by Robyn Chachula. When I discovered a few days ago I had misplaced my copy, I ordered another. it's probably in a UFO bag or bin of yarn but, couldn't find it.

My other go-to stitch book is Crochet Stitch Bible by Betty Barnden. Great book with clear instructions and good photos.

i once had  a book that had older patterns; and such; and i believe I

gave it to the Good Will when we moved. ugh ha
