Deleting Comments

I've been getting some spam on my blog lately, and for the life of me can't figure out how to delete them! I know a bunch of you are sharing my plight with the spam and have deleted the comments. Can you tell me how to do that?

If you are signed into Blogger, you will see a trash can next to the comments. You can click on that to delete the post. There is also a function to turn on to make people type in a code to post - you might also want to turn on the function no to allow anonymous comments. You'll find all these option in settings/comments.

If you don't see the trash can when you read the comments, you can try clicking on "post comment" you should see it then. click on that and you will go to a different page. Check the box to delete it forever and there will be no sign of it (if you do not check the box then there will be a thing that says something like "anonymous comment: text deleted by blog admin"

Also, you can turn on word verification which has stopped spam for me so far.

I suggest word verification, too. I haven't had any spam since I turned it on.
