Crochet help!

Hi, I am going to be starting to sell some of my crochet hats and I wanted to know what dolls you all use to take pictures with?  I don't have access to a newborn, so I was hoping to find a lifesize newborn doll that I can use for picture purposes...any ideas?

I got a darling doll at a yard sale last summer!  Check at your local Good Will store, or any secondhand stores you have near you.  Good luck!
