Inside Crochet magazine (UK): no longer being published

All Craft Media (previously KALMedia), the company that published the UK magazine Inside Crochet, is now in Administration (someone else overseeing the company to see if it will continue or be liquidated). Subscribers will not be receiving new issues of the magazine. Some designers, tech editors, and editors say they have not been paid for their work.

 

Request Subscription Refund

If you still have remaining issues on your subscription, the Administrator has confirmed that any subscribers who paid by credit card or Paypal should contact their credit card company or Paypal to see if you qualify for reimbursement (based on the date of your subscription).

 

Contact the Administrator with Details of What You Are Owed

The Administrator is also collecting creditors' claims on behalf of designers, contributors, members of various clubs that haven’t received their goods, and subscribers.

 

Even if you are able to get a refund from Paypal/your credit card company, you may want to provide your information to the Administrator so he is able to get an idea of the full extent of the debts owed by this company.

Update: Inside Crochet has apparently been sold on to a company named TMP, a magazine group company owned by SPS, a company that publishes magazines, books and provides distribution/circulation services for other magazine companies.

 

So perhaps there is hope that the magazine will continue to be published.

It is being published. I think they have put out two issues. They have a ravelry group http://www.ravelry.com/groups/inside-crochet-tmp
