Changing font color

Hi all.....

I got a template from blog frocks....but the red on red is killing some of my readers eyes:tired ....how can I change the font color? Are there certain codes for all templates, or is it even possible to change it since I got it from there?

I have to agree, that's not a good look. It blends in too much.

My opinion, and it's just my opinion nothing more, I'd stick with black (000000) or white (ffffff) which ever looks better.

I tried to replace the font number with the 0's for black...and it didn't work
