Crochet in two British knitting magazines

At Borders, I found the August issues of two British knitting magazines: Knitting and Simply Knitting.

 

Both include a couple crochet patterns each, including a bikini in each. One of the things I found most interesting was that the August issues were still very summery. Most U.S. magazines would already be into fall styles by August.

 

I'll keep my eyes out for the next issues. Both of them said they were going to include more crochet patterns in future issues. Cool.

I just bought a book with that bra top bikini in it.

 

They look like nice magazines. I'll have to see if my Borders has them and check them out.

i live in england and i bought a knitting mag again and this one has 2 crochet patterns in it. a hat and tie which i have been able to make this week.
