Yarn Color to match Skin Color

Hi all!! I'm making a graphghan of a photo and I'm not sure what yarn to use for the face and hands of the two people in it (both caucasian). I was thinking Bernat Super Value Oatmeal shown here but I'm not sure if it's too dark?

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on a yarn color that you've maybe seen or used for doing skin color? Thanks in advance!!

I'm using medium worsted weight, standard, like RHSS and Vanna's Choice... do you have a brand you recommend?

I haven't seen the color that was called 'flesh' in forever.

 

You can try a very, very light pink. Light pink or light peach usually looks better than an off-white.

 

You might be able to use a cream if it's really creamy. The cream I adore because it looks so rich, is Caron Pound. It's Natura worsted weight acrylic.
