Crochet in the Dark?

Does anyone know where I can get one of these hooks in AUS, i don't want to spend a lot of $$$ on one as I don't use dark wool very often.

When strolling through Hobby Lobby today I saw them and wondered how they worked. I take my crochet with me everywhere. I've crocheted by firelight, but most frequently I use the flashlight on my phone. That hook would make it so much easier.
