How to submit to NON magazine?

How do you submit to places like Annie's Attic, Leisure Arts, etc? I've searched their websites and can't figure it out. I have a pattern I'd really like to submit, but the instructions are too lengthy for the limited space allowed in a magazine.

I'm not sure how to submit a (single) pattern, but I've submitted book proposals and found the information on the website. Do they publish single patterns?

A lot of their leaflets/books are compilations of several designers, not just all one.

I suppose for Annie's Attic, I suppose you would have to email them.
