How loose should loose be when it says 'loosely'? (about how long should one ch be? 1cm, ?)

Hi, I usually go up one hook size and make my chain with that. That way I have bigger loops, but uniform in size. Hope this helps you!:manyheart

:think If you cant just ease up on the tension of your chain, certainly use a larger hook as long as you dont go too big and end up with a loopy edge.

:think Someone posted a way of doing your foundation CH row which was very different to anything I have seen before. It was very elastic and would be ideal to learn if you have a problem doing the CH too tight. Maybe the person will see this and post it again. It was well described and easy to follow.:hug

What about just taking the yarn and hook and making a huge long chain and keep going until you get more relaxed. Unravel it when you are done with it.

Hope this is helpful.

Have fun.
