Glade commerical

I am watching Big Brother 6 and there was just a commerical on for a new Glade air freshener. It started by showing what is suppose to be a show on crocheting. They have an old lady in a chair with a sign in the background done in filet reading Crochet Todaywith doilies all around it. She is showing how to make a crocheted cover for an air freshener. All the sudden they switch to an upbeat song to show the new air freshener that is so hip. With young women who are so hip that they have one!! Don't they know that crochet is the new hip hobby??!! (even though most of us have been doing it for years!!) I am kind of pissed off.

me too! I was ticked at that commercial. I say we all write to Glade.

I saw it too but I thought it was actually kind of funny.

I thought it was cute, too..but so many have worked so hard to push crochet to the front in terms of fashion and also as a hobby..I do think we need to at least write to Glade and ask that they show the 'hip' young women crocheting as they display the new airfreshener containers?
