Thread butterfly motif...

A while ago I posted a free pattern to make a butterfly but hadn't found something I wanted to put my butterfly on, until recently. I'm making a fabric book, a page per month with a word prompt to respond to. This is part of a blog called It's a Creative World. Anyway, I decided to make a fabric scrapbook page based on the word 'GRACE' and (finally) used my crochet butterfly on that page. Here's the link...

Has anyone else ever sewn a crochet motif to a fabric scrapbook page?
