Butterfly Hat & Scarf

Here is a hat & scarf set I made my future MIL. It is done in Caron Simply Soft Eco Cranberry Mist. I used 1 full skein and a partial for both the hat and scarf. Even though I crocheted loosely, the hat was still a bit too short for me so I added a few extra rows of DC to the bottom. It might be because CSSE is a slightly lighter worsted weight than the ILTY I am so used to working with. The white inside of the hat is just a piece of fabric to show that there is a butterfly design on it!
