where can I find this?

Recommended Posts

there are lots of variations of the "spiderweb" or "spider". i don't know of a reference for that particular variation. You can find spiderwebs in the Harmony Guides and Donna Kooler's Encyclopedia of Crochet and Crocheting in Plain English.

sometimes it is a diamond like the linked photo and sometimes more of a square like this pattern http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/Crochet/Projects/Accessories/WC1845+Crochet+Beaded+Cobweb+Lace+Scarf.htm

That is a very cool stitch combo. Part spider stitch, part granny square and done in diamonds. I love it!

ps - the pic is upside down.

I thought it was really pretty when I saw it too...

the picture was found on-line like that :think
