bed jacket

HI all I am desperately looking for an updated version of a bed jacket to do for my mother-in-law. She is elderly and gets cold around her shoulders any help I would greatly appreciate.

A great idea for a Bedjacket, is a very shrt Poncho. Elderly people have trouble putting things, with sleeves, on. Well I know my 89yr old mum does, so a Poncho shape is great because it just pops over the head and leaves the arms free.

I just realized that the pattern Juli posted here, called the Flowery Shrug would be great. It was mentioned that it is easy to put on, and it looks so pretty.
