Had gotten this information from a site that my soon to be sister in law had sent.

Circumference: 14 to 17 inches

Circumference: 16 to 19 inches

Circumference: 18 to 20 inches

 

<LI>Child (3 years and older)

Circumference: 20 to 22 inches

 

<LI>Adult Woman

Circumference: 21 to 23 1/2 inches

Circumference: 22 to 24 1/2 inches
