Anybody teach at Hobby Lobby?

Do any of you teach crochet at a Hobby Lobby?

I have been trying to apply online for the store under construction in our area. I'd like to get a jump on anybody else interested in teaching crochet there.

My problem: I can't figure out the online application and how it applies to independent contractors. I followed the instructions under class instructors and it gives the same app as if I were applying for regular employment and a lot of it just doesn't apply to the situation. But it has to be filled out.

Anybody have any inside information on this?

The Hobby Lobby near me doesn't offer any classes but Wilton. Their position is that classes "aren't lucrative."

I would call the Hobby Lobby main store and request to speak to someone concerning the requirements or qualifications to teach a crochet class, then ask about the new store being built in your area. Then you could speak directly to a person. Good Luck!!
