This egg is made using 3 strands of #10 thread held together. It measures about 3" by 2" and can be blocked when finished. If you find any errors, please let me know so I can correct them.

Row 1: Sc in ea sc [3 sc]

Row 2: 2 sc in first sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in last sc [5 sc]

Row 3: 2 sc in first sc, sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in last sc [7 sc]

Row 4: Sc in first sc and in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in last 3 sc [8 sc]

Row 5: Sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in last sc [10 sc]

Row 6: Sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in last sc [12 sc]

Rows 7-10: Sc in ea sc across [12 sc]

Row 11: Sc in first sc, dec in next 2 sc, sc in next 6 sc, dec in next 2 sc, sc in last sc [10 sc]

Row 12: Sc in first sc, dec in next 2 sc, sc in next 4 sc, dec in next 2 sc, sc in last sc [8 sc]

Row 13: Sc in eac sc across [8 sc]

Row 14: Sc in first sc, dec in next 2 sc, sc in next 2 sc, sc in last sc [6 sc]

Row 15: Sc in ea sc across [6 sc]

Row 16: Ch 1, turn, sk first 2 sc, 2 hdc in ea of next 2 sc, sl st in last sc. Finish off. [4 hdc]
