What do you call it when ?

I forgot the word they use when you see a crocheted sighting. The ones that are like trees that are all crocheted up in multi colors or the crocheted banister knobs . I know I have seen this before but for the life of me can't recall what the world calls it. Not Phantom Crochet but like that ...

 

Anyone even remotely know what I am talking about ?
