I am working on the lamb from coats and clark. It is on ravelry too.

Anyway I need to know what is a p2togtbl ?

Does that mean to purl tow together through the back loops???

Now to purl two together- You take the next two loops, you put the tip of the needle from the left side of the two loops.( >ll) If you just put the tip of the needle though the back next two stitches you would be doing knit two together..(ll<)
