Michigan's Thumb

I was looking at the posts from other people in Michigan and I wondered, How many are here from in and around the Thumb Area? That's where I'm from, and I don't have any friends who crochet. Tried to teach one, but I'm left-handed and neither one of us had the patience! Makes me appreciate the patience my right-handed aunt had to teach me when I was a kid!

So, anyway, just wondering how many others are here from the Thumb.

Unfortunately, I am not located in the thumb area. I am in Big Rapids, North of Grand Rapids, over on the west side.
