What do I do with 12 skeins of Hempathy?

I scored some lovely Elsebeth Lavold Hempathy for only 1.97 a skein. Now I have no idea what to make from it. It's sportweight-- about the thickness of size 3 thread, and it's 34% hemp 41%cotton 25% modal. It might make a nice summer sweater or a shawl or wrap. Or maybe something different? (I could try knitting it, but I am very much a novice) Any suggestions? (a link, or point me in the direction of a pattern I could purchase) I want to make something cool. I don't want it to sit in my stash waiting for me to be inspired; that could take a while.

What is the texture of this yarn? Is it soft?

It's 153 yds a skein. The texture is similar to non-mercerized cotton. I have yet to work up a swatch. It seems like cool yarn, I don't want it to sit in limbo in my stash... I'll look through some books tonight.
