Well, I stopped by my favorite thrift store today and walked away $19.75 poorer with the following items:

1 "...for Dummies" tote bag (35 cents and perfect for small projects)

2 skeins of Moda Dea Sassy Stripes in Crush

2 skeins of Moda Dea Sassy Stripes in Stormy

2 skeins of Bernat Satin Sport in Plum

2 skeins of Bernat Satin in Sunset

2 skeins of NY Yarns Caprice in blues/greens variegated

1 skein of NY Yarns Caprice in orange/yellow/green variegated

1 ball of Elsebeth Lavold Cotton Frappe in a plum/white wrap

1 skein Red Heart Soft in Tangerine

5 rolls of Tower Brand Cordet in Navy--this looks to be old stuff, 60% cotton/40% rayon. Thinner than #18 Omega nylon.

1 ball of unidentified orange yarn for amigurumi or granny squares.

I left a lot of yarn there. If you are in the Denton TX area, you should check out Ruth's Room from time to time. They've had some really good yarn lately.

And now I'm thinking about what to do with this.

I want to make a throw with the Sassy Stripes, working in some solid hot pink and charcoal grey yarn. I'm thinking.

Probably a clutch out of the blue/green Caprice.

Hats or scarves out of the Bernat.

The tangerine RH soft goes in the stash for later--I've been wanting this, along with brick and some other RH soft. Waiting for a sale! The other 1 ball/skein stuff is to play with...

The navy cord? Don't know yet, but something will present itself. Any ideas?
