Best Tips/Tricks/Add Ons?

I've recently started a blog, and am having a lot of fun with it. I also love looking at other people's blogs.

 

I was wondering, for those of you who have had blogs for a while now, what are your best hints, tricks, add ons, etc? I'm pretty good with HTML, so I'm not too nervous about editing the template.

 

Oh, and by the way, I'm using Blogger, but even if your ideas are specific to another service, please share. I'm sure someone else might find it useful!

Actually I got a message on the tagboard I was using as a replacement that NVNCBL is back in service (they were nice enough to come to my blog to let me know).
