Frilly Centrepeice Doily

4.00 mm hook,worsted weight yarn

 

Rnd 1: ch 4 join in ring,ch 3 ,15 dc in ring,join

Rnd 2: ch 3 ,dc in same,2 dc in ea st around,join

Rnd 3: ch 3 ,dc in same,*dc,2 dc in nx*repeat around,join

Rnd 4: ch 3,dc in same,*2 dc ,2 dc in nx*repeat around ,join

Rnd 5: ch 3 BLO(Back Loop Only),dc in same,*3 dc,2 dc in nx * repeat around,join

 

Inner Frill same colour:

Rnd 1: join on front loop,ch 3 ,3 dc in lp,4 dc in ea lp around,join

Rnd 2 : ch 1 ,sc in same,* ch 3,sc in nx,*repeat around,join fasten off

 

Outter Frill contrasting colour:

Rnd 1: join yarnat end of flat rnd ,ch 3,3 dc in same,4 dc in ea st around,join

Rnd 2: ch 3, dc around,join

Rnd 3: ch 1,*sc in same,*sc ,ch 3 * repeat around,join,fasten off

 

This centrepiece can be made as big or as small as needed,just add or subtract a round,adding rounds just add 1 more dc,between 2dc st for each rnd,always working BLO of the last rndbe fore frill

 

Most will not need this part of the doily ,I made it slecial for what I needed ,but I'm including it also

 

Centre Centrepiece

 

Rnd 1: ch 6 join in ring,ch 3,15 dc 9n ring,join

Rnd 2: ch 3,FLO,3 dc in same,4 dc in ea st around,join

Rnd 3: ch 1,sc in same,*ch 3 ,sc in nx st * repeat around,join fasten off.

Rnd 4: join contrasting colour in back lp ch 3,dc in same,2 dc in ea st around,join

Rnd 5: ch 3,3 dc in samee,4 dc in ea st around,join

Rnd 6: ch 1,sc * ch 3 sc in nx st* repeat around,join fasten off
