I don't understand

I want to make the angel square, but have never worked off a chart/graph before, and the seventh row is way off....is there a tip or trick to working with this type of pattern? I just don't get it! I'm sure it's simple, but it isn't clicking for me...HELP!

You need to read the chart from right to left for all right side (odd numbered rows and from left to right for all wrong side (even numbered) rows. So, for row 7 and the other rows where you'd make the clusters read the chart from right to left.
