Crochet for Hire

I am wondering if there is anyone that knows what the going rate for hiring someone to crochet is. Is it by the hour or by the project. Is there someplace you can suggest where I might hire some people?

I charge by the project, materials plus postage if the item is to be mailed.

I have done both piece work and by the hour just depending on what the project to be done was the min for hourly was 12 the max was 25 that I charged.

I usually charge by the project, depends on pattern, complexity, and time. They furnish materials for a special order, and pay shipping. I also get a 50% NON REFUNDABLE (upfront) deposit, in writing, in case they 'change their mind' after I have started the item. There are exceptions for certain orders. (friends, or repeat customers that I trust) Lots of things to consider.....
