New Hooks for thread!!!

Last week HobbyLobby had all their crochet hooks on sale 40% off. I have been looking at the boye hooks for tread that are interchangeable. The handle is about the size of an "I" hook and the steel hooks slide in and out and fasened with a nut type thing. I have carpal tunnel and hve not been able to work with tread for a long time! I bought these hooks and I have been playing with them all weekend! Ilove them!! Now I am off to find a thread pattern that I like!!:yay:yay

The interchangable hooks don't work their way loose?

I have been playing with mine all weekend and Have not had a problem with them comming loose! I love mine. They are a tad expensive (20.00) but I got mine at 40% off. Here is a pic

Wow that is so neat! I've been wanting to try thread but find that the hook is so tiny that my hands cramp up way too fast!

I got a set of these as a gift and I love them. Mine have only come loose once or twice, and I have used them quite a bit since I got them.

I love them, espcially when I have to change the size of hook in the same pattern.

I too had to use my Hobby Lobby 40% off coupon to buy the new Boye interchangeable crochet hooks. I just had to have a set to compare to the set that Boye made in the 1930's. What do you think?

 

 

 

I like the case on the new hooks but think the old ones are better looking.
