Morse Code

Recommended Posts

I wanted to stitch my youngest son's name on something, but thought it might look kind of tacky using his name. So I thought of morse code. Well, names aren't very symetrical, so I came with doing the morse code going down and repeated several times going around. So you read it going down and it's repeated so it looks like a pattern. For example: The name Eric would (sorta) be:

. . . . . .

. . . . . .

| | | | | |

. . . . . .

. . . . . .

. . . . . .

. . . . . .

| | | | | |

. . . . . .

| | | | | |

I'll post pictures as soon as I'm done with the C

Hey, that's a pretty neat idea. I've seen it done with binary before, but that always ends up really long. Morse code wouldn't be nearly as long...lol
