My Labels are Here!!

I ordered 3 line labels from Name Maker. I should get them in time to use in some of this summer's swaps.

 

I'll post a pic when I get them, but this is what I put on mine:

They are black with silver stitching and are 100% woven, so they have to make them. I also added a cat motif that they offer. I can't wait to get them!!

I keep telling myself I'm going to order some labels and then never do. Were yours expensive?

I got 50 for $36.95, and that price includes shipping. I ordered the 5/8" size. The smaller ones cost less, but you can only get 2 lines~~I wanted 3.

I ordered some from there, too, but they're not nearly as fancy as yours. I think I'll shell out a little bit more next time!

That's not bad at all. I forgot to ask before are they the iron on kind or the sew on kind?

Sorry; I bought the sew-on kind because I use acrylic yarns a lot and I don't want to melt the yarn putting a label on!

 

I'm sure the iron-ons would work fine for thread and cotton yarns. There's no difference in price between sew-on and iron-on.

My mom got me labels from Herrschners...is that how you spell it? Anyway, you can't quite choose a design but they have 5 nice ones so I just picked the "handmade by" and put my two names (Jessica Elise). They were 5 bucks or less I think. Maybe when I really start making stuff I'll get nicer ones.
