Hunting for a heart

A little while back some very kind and generous not to mention good lookin ladies made an afgan for me. The participants were connected through the traveling hook group.

Well, short story long, I put a post up in my blog showing a couple hooks that i was going to auction, and I posed them on a certain square from that very afgan. The square has a heart in the center.

Longer story longer, I received a request from someone visiting my blog, for the pattern used to make that heart square. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the talented, generous and good lookin person who made that square, much less the pattern.

So, help me solve the mystery, please and you'll be helping someone who'd like to make that very nicely done square.

I'm still curious about who made that square though. Anyone know?
