Looking for Gift Cards Verses Or Poems

Does anybody know where there is a site or know how to write a gift card that states that you made this crocheted gift with love.

I've Googled and Yahooed and all they have is Announcements verses, Baby Showers verses.

Or does anybody know how to ask the correct question on how to look for it?

I said "crocheted gift verses or poems", "crocheted homemade gift cards", "baby shower verses(that's where I get the Announcements etc.)".

I remember seeing it somewhere but can't find it now.
