Wall Basket????

I had a request to make a wall basket (They want it to hang on the wall beside their bed to put eyeglasses in) and I foolishly opened up my big fat mouth and said "Sure, I'll make one for you." Now I can't find a pattern for one. I could probably figure one out but it sure would be a lot easier with a pattern!

i haven't seen a pattern for one. but surely it'd be fairly easy..... hmmm

 

a half circle for the bottom, a trapezoid for the back and another trapezoid for the front "basket" part....

 

i would make the bottom or back first. then make the next 2 pieces according to the size of the first.... because the increase/decrease of the front peice will be fairly easy to figure out by holding it up to the back & bottom pieces....

 

figure it out, make it cool, write it down and submit to crochet me for the june/july issue home decoration theme ------ must be done (pictures and pattern) by may 10th or 15th (can't remember which:think )
