Need ideas! I'm in the middle of a baby afghan and I don't have enough yarn in the

boo1

Question

dye lot. I'm using SnC Faded Denims, so I matched a solid blue to make the middle. I just don't know what I want the middle to look like!

So far, it's 3 rows of dc, 1 row of tc, 3 rows of dc.

I'm thinking of something like a V-stitch, but don't want it to be too hole-y.

Ideas?

Thanks!

why not just keep the same pattern that you already have using the new color. Or frog what you have done and start off with the denim for the 3 dc rows and about halfway change and start using the solid of the 3 dc rows? That way it would use about the same amount of each color. And for the border alternate rows of the denim and solid color.
