Silly starting chain question

Ch 41

Base row: DC in 3rd..... etc.

 

Did they take turning chains into account in the Ch 41?

If I'm understanding you right, yes they did. The reason you're going into that 4th chain is because the first 3 are your chain up, which becomes your first DC. Is that answering you?
