That is gorgeous!!!! I got on a kick last Christmas that I wanted to crochet my garland. I bought Moda Dea Beadnick I think it's called? In red and went to town. But I LOVE yours...I am going to have to investigate and see if I can find a pattern like that.

 

Now - I want to see a pic of it on your tree this year!!!!!!!

I have made many of these thru the years and sold alot of them. I have 5 strands for my tree in pink and pink pearls. I just iron them on the ironing board and use spray startch and lay them out to dry on a sheet spread out on the floor.
