Help with Knitting Knobby

Ok, using the knitting knobby for the first time. Had no problem making the cord, but can't figure out how to "cast off". Help!

take all the loops off your pegs and then with the tail of the yarn thread it thru each loop and pull tight ..

OR -

take the next loop to be worked off the peg, hook it over the next peg - pull that bottom loop over the top (1 loop remaining on peg). take this loop, hook it over the next peg......cont until you only have 1 loop left on a peg..... cut your yarn, and pull the tail through the remaining loop, tighten.. makes a little 'knot' of sorts, weave in your end
