graphs?

I have no idea how you crochet with a graph... can someone enlighten me please? Is it more difficult, it sure looks complicated! Thanks!

If you look at the top of the help [age before this one it has a sticky for working with graphs. And lilbet (moomoo) is hosting a graph cal and it starts the 15th of this month. She has lots of info on it as well.

I just wanted to show off my progress thusfar, but I don't know if I should start another post, so I'll just put a pic here! You can always check my progress with the link in my sig!

Here's my progress for my graph-ghan!

 

 

I'm so glad that I bought so many multiple skiens of yarn, cuz I'm already having to tie them in so as to not carry over too many stitches... this really is quite easy, and fun!
