Slanted scarf?

Um yeah I was trying to figure out how to make a slanted end scarf like these knitted ones

Mainly I would like to get a scarf looking like the second link. So do I just increase and decrease like the pattern says just do it with crochet or would I have to do something different. Or is there a pattern floating around I just haven't found it? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Yes it is just about adding at one end and taking away at the other

You would not want to do the TBL part but it would work for other stitches too
