Hello;

I am having a problem with the following pattern row

it is for a fishnet sock

it reads as follows;

 

CH3,YO,insert hook in 3rd Ch from hook,pull through Ch,Ch1,(Yo,pull through 2 loops on hook) 2 times,* YO, insert hook in last Ch1 made,Yo,pull through CH,(YO,pull through 2 loops on hook) 2 times. Repeat from * 30(34)38, more times, join with SL ST in top of CH3, fasten off 32(36)40 sts made, sew first and last St on bottom of round tog.

 

I cannot get this to work for me, can someone try it, and let me know if I am reading it wrong .

I'm having a tough time with it too, but my crochet skills are pretty primitive.

 

Is this from an online pattern?

I am guessing that you are trying the Real "Foundation DC row" and not just a starting chain.
