i've been having orange yarn, but i didn't think it would look good to make anything. you proved me wrong. the purse looks great. how do you line it?

 

I cut 2 circles of some black fabric I found in some remnants and made them a little bigger than the bag then pinned them to each side and tucked the excess under and hand sewed them in before putting the bag together. I kept the lining under the top loops of the bag because I knew I was going to crochet the bag together and would need the top loops free.

 

And thanks everyone for the lovely compliments, I'm giving her the bag at church tonight so I'll let you know how she liked it.

 

I also made her a half granny kerchief out of the same yarn and put it inside the bag.
