I am looking for patterns for Christening gowns

I am looking for patterns for Christening gowns. I found a picture of a beautiful Christening gown, and am looking for the pattern. The top of the gown has a round yoke collar that extends clear out to the shoulders. The dress looks like it done in a shell pattern and it starts underneath the yoke collar. Any Christening gown pattern you could share with me will be appreciated.
