Ok, please don't laugh!
I am still very much a novice - I have been sticking to what I know, but this weekend I tried something new & don't ya know, I got myself stuck!
I am making the Market Tote from the Lion Brand website - and Row 29 says:
"Work as established and dec every 9th & 10th st tog around - 108 dc, join & turn."
I get the rest but what is "work as established"? Does it mean to work the same as the previous row and just decrease the 9th & 10th stitches???
