:think Okay ladies I need help. I know my fellow crochet pals will have an answer where can I find basic blocking techniques. I am doing the sherbert tank top for my daughter and I want it to blocked properly.

I'm not sure how you're 'supposed' to block crochet.

I know how my mom does it in her framing gallery for needlework pieces:

Wet thrououghly and gently squeeze out excess water

Pin the opposite (diagonal) corners, measure and make sure the two diagonals are the same.

Pin the middles and check measurements (either that or use something with squares/rectangles on it).

Pin every few inches and let dry slowly.

As far as blocking a werable, I'd suggest wetting it through and then aranging it out the way you want it on a towel. At least that's what I do to my cotton sweaters after they go through the wash....
